As @Tony_Burke has pointed out, Minister Porter's denials in Parliament yesterday that his IR proposals could cut Australian workers' pay are misleading. Porter wrote to the FwC suggesting they scrap penalty rates and has linked this agenda directly to the Govt's omnibus bill.
